About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to TheOneStudio's mobile apps, including Intelligent PDF (iPDF Pro). TheOneStudio is an independent developer based in India, not a registered company. By using the website or an app you agree to these terms.

Using the apps

You may use our apps for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not misuse them, attempt to break or reverse engineer them, or use them to handle content you have no right to use.

You are responsible for the documents you open, scan or edit with the apps.

Free online PDF, Word and image tools

The free online PDF, Word and image tools on this website run in your browser, and you are responsible for the files you use with them and for checking the results before you share them. Tools such as Cover, and changing a line of text in Edit PDF, hide content visually but do not remove it from the file. Saving a PDF may change or remove features of the original, such as digital signatures or form fields. A signature you add with Fill & Sign is a picture, not a digital signature, and it does not prove who signed. Cropping only hides the outside of a page; the cropped content stays in the file. The size of a compressed file varies from file to file and is not guaranteed, and the Smallest option turns text into pictures. Pages you delete or extract are left out of the new file, but check it before you share it. An image you compress is saved as a new copy that may look different from the original and does not keep its colour profile; its camera details, including any location, are removed unless you choose to keep them. A document converted between PDF and Word is a best-effort rebuild: its layout, fonts and page breaks can differ from the original, and tables, columns or Indian-language text can be lost or misplaced, so check it before you use or share it.

We can't guarantee that redaction removes all sensitive information; check the result.

Accuracy of results

OCR and text recognition can make mistakes, especially on poor-quality scans. Please check results before relying on them.

Third-party services

Our apps may include third-party services, such as Google Play and advertising providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

No warranty and limit of liability

The website and apps are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TheOneStudio is not liable for losses arising from your use of them, including loss of data. Please keep backups of important files.

Changes

We may change these terms or the apps from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have jurisdiction.
