Questions about this tool

Are my images uploaded when I make a PDF?

No. JPG to PDF runs in your browser, on your own device. Your images are read and changed there, and never sent to our servers or to anyone else's.

What happens to my data?

Your images and the PDF made from them stay in your browser's memory while you work and are gone when you close or refresh the page. We do not save them, and this site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Our host may keep ordinary server logs of page visits, which never include your files.

Is there a file size limit?

We do not set one. The work is done in your device's memory, so very large files can be slow or fail, especially on a phone. Photos from a phone camera can be several megabytes each, so a big batch adds up. The page warns you above 50 MB for one file or 200 MB in total, and you can still carry on.

What can't JPG to PDF do?

It takes JPG and PNG images only, one image per page. It does not turn the text in a picture into real text, which needs OCR, and it does not shrink the images.
